About the position
At HS Konsult AB, you will have an independent and dynamic workday where you collaborate closely with both clients and colleagues. You will contribute expertise and advice while helping clients strengthen and develop their operations. As an accounting consultant with us, you will have a broad and varied role with responsibility for your own client portfolio, consisting mainly of smaller owner-managed companies, limited companies, and sole proprietorships.

The assignment includes:

• Leading and developing your client assignments with responsibility for quality, efficiency, and profitability.
• Preparation of final accounts and annual reports
• Tax returns for both companies and individuals
• Consulting within finance and business development
• General tax consulting

About you
We are looking for an accounting consultant who wants to take responsibility, contribute with their competence, and be involved in developing our working methods and processes. At HS Konsult AB, you will have a central role within our financial consulting and the opportunity to make a real difference.

You have a strong business drive and a genuine desire to create value for clients through professional and business-oriented consulting. You thrive in a consultant role with high personal responsibility and appreciate the opportunity to build and develop long-term client relationships. Furthermore, you work independently and take clear overall responsibility for your own client assignments. As a person, you are structured and meticulous, and accustomed to creating order and driving processes forward with quality.

Qualifications

• Relevant education in finance
• At least 3-5 years of experience as an accounting consultant at a firm
• Experience in preparing final accounts and tax returns is a requirement
• Experience working with both limited companies and sole proprietorships
• Good knowledge of accounting software such as Fortnox and Capego
